Future prospects for Krishna Artec's Greenwood city
Hi,
Is anybody aware of Krishna Artec's Greenwood city project? What are future prospects for this project. What are the rates there. |

Hi dear,
As this project is situated near to GT road but still no accessibility to reach there.Fortunately Jindal group is also coming up with their integrated township near by to this project and HUDA has already marked indicators for 65 meter sector road.Section 4 of land acquisition already promulgated there and hope upto next fiscal year things will be totally different.Once Sector road get completed then it will have bright future. Current Rate in Greenwood city
Recently there has been a upward movement in TDI City etc at Kundli. Has there also been increase at Sonepat new colonies like Green Wood City, Mapsko and Jindal city ? Any use of buying plots there ?
