Hi Users...i've got flat in jaipur & sonepat & am facing financial crunch these days?? want to sell off one flat..please advise which one should i sell off & which one should i keep for reaping profits?? Thanks..puneet

Hi, you have asked a very tough question. No body can guess which will be a better option. But I think you must have seen the realty by now as you asked this question in 2010. Now, its the end of 2011 the rates in Sonipat has gone up and now going down. So, it is always better to keep any property in and around NCR.

Well, still its your preference and you need to analyse the areas before taking such tough decisions.

yah i agree with kapil it is the time to own a property in NCR and in long term the land prices would shot up like mumbai .. tab ek kholi bi lena mushkil ho jayega NCR mein !!
