There is always buyer / seller available, who want to take / give 100% white.

However normally, people take white only 9000 / 12500 / 18000.

because Jindal has alloted the Plots in above rates.

Dear friends this wed i visited Jindal Global city i have attached recent photograhps of this place including some of the builders resent updated photos also and i also visited there factory of brick making were they confirmed that they are producing 20-25 thousand brick in a day which is used for boundary making of Jindal Global university. Right now on no construction is going on,,,, the photo which is attached is only what they have constructed somewhat in last 6 months ...the field work like sever work is completed and now no as such work is on ....work will be started as per them after rainy season or so u can say other 6 months ... I saw some construction work is on in Express builder due to court case done by the owners of those plot due to delay in project ....for more update u all have to wait for antoher 5-6 months more ....as then only we will be knowing the right position regarding this project...

I think we all should wait till Feb 2013 as most likely construction of the villas will start from Jan 2013. Apparently there is a delay in this project project but still the TAT for delivering Villas mentioned in the agreement is still not breached. Please highlight if anyone's TAT is breached for the same.

hello everyone, i m also one of the person invested in this project, i think in each and every agreement jindal has mentioned regarding the time period in which they have to give possession of iether plot, villa, or floors. with the extention of 6 months ( with some condition) could anyone share me the latest date at which the jindals have to deliver us the possession of any unit , as we all know they r well behind in there project, in which the penalty clause will come in action. because as per my information , they have to give the possession of atleast plot till march 2013, and in no case i think they can give the possession till that date.
will they adhere to the penalty clause, and compensate us for the delay.
