My bad luck,
Am struck in Preston project!!bought a 3bhk in downpayment plan.. construction hasnt started for past 3 years!! ![]() thinking of taking legal course now.. |

Buddy take the money out as soon as you can. Builders like parsvnath,supertech, jaypee are extremely responsible for ruining Indian property market. They keep launching new projects every 2nd day & constructions not even started on half of their sites. I see people like us loosing their hard earned money saved for affordable housing when this property bubble bursts which seems very near now, considering the rough patch Indian economy going through. GDP gone down to its 2 year low, rupee value down to almost 3 years, these are all indications of 2012 being real tough for us Indians.

Whether it has penalty clause for delay or not .. If it has penalty clause then ur case would be strong.. Secondly u should always opt for Construction linked payment plan (clp) .. People opt for down payment plan becoz they think they are getting 10% rebate in this plan .. But on average a project takes 3 years any builder To complete that particular project .. That means if u had not opt for down payment plan and opted for clp.. U could Have earned 30% risk free returm in fixed deposit.. So from next time be wise while investing .. Happy investing..

these builders suck the life out .....very difficult to negotiate and get anything back from them,,is their any project that has been launched or still in the wings...
