hey anil i am posting elevation plan of 153 sqyd villas here..
it is available with the company in a 4 bhk builtup area module .. in which u get builtup area of 4 bhk and ground floor and first and roof constructed .. price is around 60-61 lacs for this duplex villa can u please share if u have complete specification of this villa type ..as i am of my business friend is interested in this one.. and want to know about the interior specificaton in detail .. thanks in advance ..

Well i have a plot is sector 7 (On G.T Road) adjesent to Parsavnath and it is already giving more than 120% return. I have many buyers (Financers) who call me every week to buy property. Actually, Sonepat is on its way to transform like Gurgaon. Old sonipat will be the curent city and new sonepat will be near these education universities. Jindal has huge stake and investment in sonepat and it will definately drag new investment in this area to increase its property prices. Only issue is the absence of corporate world which is a big factor in the development of the area but i rememeber guragaon has started same way.

Hi.
I am new to Kundli area, so any help will be great. Reading abt the various projects it is hard to make a decision, but I guess any help will be great. My budget is max 45L, with good amount of Bank Loan. Do you think, I can get a Villa or Plot for this amount. It can be for investment or personal use in 3-4 years. And which banks are active in this area. Thanks |

Thanks buddy,
At the moment it is from Investment point of view for 3-5 years. I may decide to stay there but not sure yet. Plot or Villa will be more preferabale and what about the bank loan options. |

My note is : at this time there are few projects which are offering villa class lifestyle which is a type of dream homes for many .. So these villas would be in great demand in future .. Plot lena then use contruct krna fir baki plots ke banne ka intezar krna is a mess for me .. Its my point of view which is as general point of view of many business class persons .. |
