Hi,
I have created this thread to appreciate the initiative taken by IREF Team. As they have designed such a great platform to discuss RE things with the experts. I have been using this Forum for last few days and found all it's functionality very user friendly. I have been saved many times to get into worst deals just because of this forum and the people who have been using it and advising others for a long time, few of them are (Manojja, Divjain, CookieJi, Trialsurvey and many more...... Every IREF User please put your comments and share your experiences. I would only say...... AWESOME IS THE ONLY WORD WHICH CAN DEFINE IREF. IREF ROCKS... ![]() I thank IREF team and members for being so kind and courteous. Keep using IREF.. |

100% agree with your thoughts.. Even before deciding my flat I have spent around 1 month on IREF... got to know each and every thing about that project on IREF only.. Real estate ke gyan ka bhandaar hai IREF. I have suggested around 20 of my friends to join this forum.. even they liked it very much. |

I am a new member and was analysing for last one month on IREF only.
The modus operandi was .... 1. maps.google.com for location analysis, zoom & u cud find few projects. 2. 99acres for searching projects in a particular location and its ongoing price. 3. At the last screening step goto IREF and find review on a particular project. 4. Contact brokers filtered from 99 acres based on their quote. IREF was very useful and 'trialsurvey' in particular helped me in making my decision. I had many instances where i scrapped projects from my wishlist based on reviews on IREF. But one good thing about IREF is one builder/agent cheata a poor buyer and the word will spread like fire. He will face 10 calls asking for clarifications on that. It can be otherwise also, if you want to spoil someones reputation just write a sentence about him on IREF. So refrain from making opinions very soon on IREF. |

I agree with you, it's better to have patience and get full info before writing negatives about anything.... |

Great to hear! It is good to read about users who find the site useful to them.
