You need to post 3 more after 10 posts this facility of private message gets activated. Once its activated , click quick link on Top RHS , you will find Private message in drop down list. Hope you'll be able to do it soon.

i am able to PM but its showing that the person will not be able to PM back 2 me as they are not in my contact list so how to solve this problem of mine?
