Hi,
Is it true that Unitech has launched a new commercial project in sec 71 with assured return .

I booked with them in this place in 2008 and they have done nothing for all these years, but are now launching a new project in the same place?

Unitech is not giving any satisfactory answers, or even providing refunds to people who paid them 30 months back? What to do? Thanks,

it is most unfortunate that unitech has launched the same project where they took money from investors in 2008 now as an assured return project without either compensatiing the old investors or giving them the first option to shift their investment to the assured return scheme the builders are concerned only of their own profits and not of the investors or customers they are the most corrupt lot taking unaccounted cash from customers and in turn bribing politicians and beaurocrats to get 2g spectrum (uninor) the top mangement of these corrupt cos should be first put in jail for corrupt practices the real estate industry in this country is the most corrupt, indisciplined, and non-transparent and is swindling all investors and customers this is the biggest scam with no government guidelines or checks

Unitech should be made to pay heavy penalties for this . The law should force the company to ensure that people who booked in 2008 are first compensated or alloted units in the new launch. India is worse than a banana republic.Isnt it time people woke up and rallied against these sharp practices.

It is frustrating that unitech being a second largest real estate company is playing with public money.Arcadia which was launched 5 years back is not yet ready for possession.
Unitech CHANDRAs have cheated public and should be put behind the bars

Yes it is very unfortunate. I am also investor in this project since 2008.
Requested gurus of this board to advise the future of this project. Recently Unitech launched South Park opposite to this project.

I believe all investors of the phase 1 should unite and put pressure on Unitech to compensate to our loss, last month they launched assured return on this project. There is no ethics with India's 2nd largest real estate company. Ethically they should have given clarity to old investors about the future developments.

By the way, what were the terms on which Unitech offered this Sector 71 project.In its new avatar,it is being offered 8.75%.Please confirm the same. Given its old track record, can Unitech be trusted with money for such project ?Pls advise.

Any updates on the project.... Till now have not heard from Unitech officially but internally they say letter are being dispatched to old investors.

Unitech Cheated me

Guys beware, Unitech had cheated hundreds of people who bought their properties in Greater Noida. Projects like capela, Unitech heights never took off. others e.g. Unitech verve and horizons hangings in the balance with no progress for years now.

Its a dead company stay away specially when Mr. Chandra is in jail.
