Unitech is not honoring contract terms by cancelling the booking in a timely fashion. They are giving all kinds of excuses and trying to delay the cancellation process as much as possible. What are the options available to get a quick resolution ? I hear that others who have booked flats with Unitech are in the same boat -- unable to cancel the booking and get out of a bad situation.

You are right..I am on the same boat...I submitted the application in December2008 for an apartment in Unitech Verve but on contacting the field office the decision is still pending with the Managing Director. I hear from other forums and tv discussions that the aggrieved ones can file a joint suit to get a resolution.

Have you managed to cancel your Unitech contract. I understad they are not not doing it. I would also like other members to get together so joint action can be taken

My father went to the site and found out that there is no 13th floor,which was initially allotted. Construction had stopped and no body had any idea when it would start again. I am in touch with a lawyer and intend to take this case to consumer forum.If you want to join pls share your contact details.

Unitech is launching one project after another - however one of the existing projects of the company does not seem to be making any progress ie Unitech Heights, Greater Noida. Everytime you call up the company you are told that you will get possession in the next quarter and its been over tow years ynow et there seems to be no end to the road.

The company is not issuing any letter for completion and it taken the full money from the customers. The point here is: only after the last installment did the company stop making any progress at the project site. It was touted and sold as Unitech's first project in greater noida and till date the comoany shows no concern or commitment towards its very first customers in Noida.

We booked a flat with Unitech heights in July 2006 when the estimated date of completion was May 2008. Till now there is no clarity on when the project will be completed.

Anybody in the same boat. I would like to know what you guys are doing about it.

i have booked a shop in unitech 1000 sq feet area and now at time of possion they r offering me shop with actual area of 500 sq feet actually unitech is doing fraud with there customers is there any body where our voice can be heard
