Unitech has come out with third quarter numbers. The company posted net profit of Rs 452.4 crore (Rs 4.52 billion) versus Rs 13.8 crore (Rs 138 million) in the corresponding quarter of the previous year.

Its net sales stood at Rs 1,002.7 crore (Rs 10.02 billion) versus Rs 171.9 crore (Rs 1.71 billion).

The other income was up at Rs 13.9 crore (Rs 139 million) from Rs 4.7 crore (Rs 47 million).

Its operating profit increased to Rs 695 crore (Rs 6.95 billion) from Rs 23.7 crore (Rs 237 million). The operating profit margins stood at 69.3% versus 13.8%.
