Crematorium should be atleast 2 kms away from your house. Same is the case even with temple or any religious place. More important is crematorium should not be even visible from your house according to Vaastu. There are several cases where these ghosts were seen/experienced in nearby properties.

Don't buy even if it is given for free.

I don't understand when politicians & ministers can spend thousands of crores for junk schemes, why not spend some money in rebuilding the parliament according to Vastu ? It will be a boon for the country. Infact, the foreign tours which ministers & babus take itself runs into several crores/year.

We can't play with nature or get it modified. Mother nature & mother earth are beautiful. But as humans, what can we do is placing things right.
Eg. Nuclear plants, thermal plants or power generation plants should be placed in SE part of country/state. In city planning, the central area, NE area should be kept open for parks, grounds, etc. This helps in 2 ways - It becomes Vastu friendly & becomes accessible for all people staying in any part of the city, which is practical.

The recent nuclear plant explosions which took place in Japan were disastrous. If you see, these were located in NE (water) part of Japan. Water & Fire don't go together & hence this result.

But to cut long story short, country is made of states, states made of cities & cities made up of people. If everyone implements Vastu to their homes, workplaces in cities, villages etc. it creates good vibes which gives positive results.

If every house is beautiful, then India also wonderful .

Hello RA thanks a lot. Builder is same but the projects are different.Every block floor plan is same as i posted. If you can suggest any flat other than 5 could you? else i will try the remedy you mentioned. Top floor is not vacant.

Thanks for your inputs. and yes regret the inconvenience, wanted to paste the right layout - but could not get it.

The flat in which toilets are in north is rejected. deal.

the other flat, that has main door opening in south - are the others points like bath/toilet/bed etc ok? i see the kitchen in east, bed in sw, living in ne, toilet in south, but yes the morning sunrays will not come.

Best thing would be to just give me the floor plan of flat with proper directions.

And mirror image or not, as North remains constant, there are 2 toilets in North, which is bad as it leads to financial losses. Hence, despite the flat being in properly aligned with main directions, best to avoid it because of toilets in North. There are other issues as well but 2 toilets in North should be sufficient for rejection.

South facing door flat is also bad as bedrooms come in area of high energy axis, which is bad.

tell me if i get a flat which is in the same complex (may be other building) from where the crematorium is NOT visible - shud i still reject that? I mean the project is a REJECT by vastu...right?

Hi Realacre,

I have Booked flat in Goldville, Dange Chauk, Thergaon

I am attaching Floor Plan . Need Your Expert advise whether it is a per Vastu shastra or Not, Need Ur Suggesion if Any Corrective Action Required.I can do change as it is in Construction Stage.

Please Provide me details how to Calculate Centre Point & how to Devide it in 3 Parts.

Yes. It is this way :-

South-West > South-East > North-West > North-East.

^^ This means the thickness should be highest in SW & lowest in NE;
And there should be height difference of about 1.5 ft between the directions as mentioned above.
Realacres-Thanks for your feedback.Please find the sketch of the property attached.
There is also a slight deviation of the south side compound wall towards outside if you observe carefully.
