Bright prospects for gated plots in vatika sector 82 - Indian Real Estate Forum

The prospects for the investors in vatika sectors 82 and 83 seem pretty bright, now that the uppals and QVC have launched plots along the dwarka eway at 85000/-.people have bought into vatika beginning with about 16000/-.today vatika is selling sector 82 at 67500/-.i expect prices in vatika sector 82 to go up to 100,000/- this year itself. sector 82 is especially posh because of its exclusivity being a gated community and assured power backup.also, the plot sizes being retained at standard 360 for entire colony, will result in uniformity, upper class gentry habitation and better ambience . i think its a good buy at current valuations and will return handsome dividends in the near future.

I am considering Vatika Floor (180sqy) in sector-82 all inclusive rate 38Lac.
Do you guys think its worth buying?
Plz suggest.

visit the site first bro.the area seems to me to be getting majorly congested. so select your site and entry roads first.is good time to invest. dlf coming in sect 82a with 6000/- rate.

rates likely to be revised upwards by 3000/- shortly, from present 67000/- approx.
expect to be upwards of rs 70,000/- in due course. and rs 100,000/- by diwali. so gamble and enjoy.
