Vipul Belmonte, Gurgaon - Complaints

Hi, It is taking months for Vipul to give possession of Flats in Tower 9 of Vipul Belmonte. They have given possession to the rest of the towers long ago. Are there other owners who have not received possession and are frustated with the pace at which builder is giving possession? Thanks on Sat Dec 25, 2010 at 11:43:58 PM EST i got posession of my flat in april 10 ,give registeration fees in july..to my amazement the builder delayed my registery ..Now has asked me to pay according to increased circle rates saying it is my problem.Your problems have not begun yet .. welcome to the belmonte...... |
