3C Township on Yamuna Expressway - Indian Real Estate Forum

Guys

Today I got a message from some broker that 3C is coming up with township (Lotus Township) on Yamuna Expressway, close to Jaypee sport city.
Currently on offer are plots at the rate of 14500/-Sy (Thats inaugural rate)
Sizes varies from 100Sy to 500Sy

Does anyone have more details about this project?

6.Sector 16 commercial
7.Sector 94 Commercial
8. Yamuna Eway Township

Proposed launched within 6 month
Commercial sector - 126 near Knowledge Boulevered
Residential sector - 143 (In process of getting allotment of land)
Looking for land in Gurgaon for premium residential..

If in this speed 3C will launch new project then it can compete Amrapali in next 2 year time.

oh.... quit good number of projects in prime areas unlike Amrapali and also as a brand 3C is much better than Amrapali,I am sure many would agree to this

I compare "Amrapali" with "Supertech" only.Both are BAHI BAHI

I would like to discuss in this thread mainly about 3C "Lotus Township" coming up on Yamuna expressway near Jaypee Sports City.

There's no way you can compare Amrapali with 3C. 3C has shown commitment even in the short period in has been in residential segment. See the progress in LB. Its commercials boast very good quality. It's backed by PE firm Redfort. Can't think of one positive about Amrapali.

If one has good capital backing & with projects which are selling very well, 4-5 residential projects is not a issue. 3C are experienced & have shown good execution skills. So if they want to grow fast, whats the harm.

Coming to the township, details are very sketchy right now. Lets wait for details to come in & then evaluate.

I have checked with 2-3 places incl 3c office. Still final price is not clear....it looks in between 16k-17k.I am really surprised to know that people are collections huge no of cheques even before launch...

I think 15k is very good based on 3c brand image but it is doubtful weather they launch at this price.
