some more info after the SMS from broker last week on this topic....

Not to be left behind in the race to build a plotted township in the YEIDa region, Parasvnath has been allotted land. No information on the USP yet ... Plot sizes are planned in usual 100 to 400 yards as with other townships announced in the area...prices approx 15 k psy

I have posted my views on this area in several threads before...., Interested to know Other members views

Yamban Bhai, I do not know some how the real estate market in NCR is moving around 3 builders only. Unfortunately all of them have projects in Gurgaon only. A sad news for Noida and Greater Noida.

Godrej,spire, Ansal API, Thakur Builders too. I said about 3 builders not seven and that too all in Gurgaon. Jaypee is not in Gurgaon. They are in Noida and greater noida.
