these are very basic affordabe housing without clubhouse or other fancy ameneties. large townships have to develop around 5 to 10% for EWS (economicall weaker section) of the society

even i am very excited about this project as its my dream home in which ill hopefully stay , cos i have only 3-4 close childhood friends out of us 3 have settled in ahmd so me also planning the same, our gang will be together once again,
sir i have a query for you, i have a 280 sqfeet 1 RK in mumbai down town, its a very old property ( pagdi system ) if i do sell it some day i will have to pay the land lord 33 % of the total value for name trasfer, whats ur subbestion should i sell it in the near future of let it be for some years to come , present rates i guess 15000.....
sorry to say that,i would not like to comment on your mumbai project,as i have not seen it,if it was mine i would look at it in a way whether it is a old bldg and has to be demolished today or 2morrow,then u should not sell as u may get better value by the builder,who takes up the place,like again i have not seen,so cannot comment exactly.
