    Builder has built flats in the refuge area

    Hello,

    Our builder first created a refuge area on the 8th floor, obtained the clearance certificate and NOC, then built apartments in the refuge area floor thereby completely eliminating the refuge area which connected two buildings. What remedy do I have?

  • is possible Mhada flat transfer with Blood relation on the basis of Power of Attorney

    My Father have 5 brothers and 2 sister. In year 2016 my father have done Power of attorney and consent affidavit (Registerd)

    All brothers and sisters of father done signature on it in 2016. But in 2016 we have not done regiteration of Mhada.

    Now One brother demand 6 lakh rupees from us.

    My question is Mhada will done registraion our Flat based on Power of Autorny (Registerd) and Consent affidavit.

    If anser is yes then what will provision...

    Hallmark Builders, Hyderabad : Issues

    Strongly not recommend Hallmark Builders in Hyderabad. They are only doing business, don't care about the customers. They don't know how to design a gated community and miserably failed in planning & execution with 3rd grade architects, engineers.

    The basics are not met how can they even reach the luxury they are falsely promising.

    Very bad behavior of CRM team, site engineers & complete Hallmark team.

    Hi,

    I just want to know what is market value and consideration value? In my sale deed document mentioned the market value is less than consideration value, i.e market value is 91,053 and consideration value is 6,07,500 lakhs. Actually i buyed the properties for 9 lakhs. A real estate company in dubai sold this property which is at india(Tumkur). I have enquired through a real estate agency, he said the present market value of this property is 3 lakhs. It almost 1/3 of the cost...

    I have bought a 2BHK flat in 24K Sereno Baner throgh property agent Rajeet Singh Yadav of Prop Solution, Wakad.

    We (me, builder and ranjeet yadav..the agent) were finalising the deal with the builder and the builder has given a quotation for an X amount but we wanted the flat at lesser amount (around 1 lacs less that what he was quoting ) so as to close the deal, ranjeet yadav (agent) stepped in and said that he will refund us 1 lacs from his fees which...

    Hi All, Request your kind advice on GST Perhaps this has been discussed earlier but I am unable to find the same. I had booked an apartment in Pune beginning of the year.The basic value is around 48Lacs and final value with taxes & registration was around 52Lacs I have paid 10% of the flat agreement value with Service Tax.     This is an open declaration from me who had years of association with this builder. I feel its time to be true to the public.
    Anyone who buys a property with this builder please BEWARE that this builder has always flaunted from what was committed to its customers.Do not get carried away by the commitments which they give you and the never to be fulfilled promises by them.

    They always had government approval issues with their projects.
