Bangalore first Investment recommendations

Hi

Common question
I am looking to invest in Bangalore with budget of up to 90 lakhs.

But want to finalize something in next 1 month, do not mid going to prelaunch projects and have no Idea of investment.

Reading some of the threads North Bangalore seems a good region to invest.

I was reading the thread http://www.indianrealestateforum.com...ent-15369.html
And looks like it is better look around Hebbal, yelahanka region.

Please suggest some good projects keeping 4-5 years time in mind and looking for capital appreciation projects.

thanks very much

regards

Hebbal is indeed a good area but unfortunately its already appreciated a lot in last couple of years. Chances of further appreciation is definitely there but may not be at good rate.

Even Devanahalli area will take more than 5 years to reap off the profit. Problem is people(builder/owner)are trying to sell at 2-3 years later price.
I'll rather recommend east bangalore where development is happening at faster place and you've lot of things in the vicinity.

Thanks for the link, very useful.

Interesting, to understand North east is a place that has easy access to both North and East london and hence good potential in couple of years.

From the link the projects Prestige Tranquality, Brigade Exotica, GR Sun Villas, Pruksa Silvana, two big Signature 2 plot projects are to be look for.
Their prelaunch phase is already over right.

Information regarding any new pre launches coming up on this location will be helpful.
