I visited this property and there seems to be few sites availble in phase 1 but my friend was not convinced with approch road as both the sides it is covered with farm land? whats your opinion on this project is it livable in the enxt 3 - 5 years?kindly advice
royal park ph-2 : the only -ve point is narrow 15ft approach road. the developer knows this right from beginning of phase-1 but still keeps giving false promise of making this road as 60ft.
There's no point in (for me) to put money into such layouts when even road width is an issue. Also comparisons drawn with JR layouts (Garden, coconest) miss out on the clear fact that JR layouts open up onto Marsur road which is minimum 30 ft.
aisharya estates and aishwarya homes office adress is the same(so i think they are sister companies). i saw in some post that aishwarya homes has done some fraud. so still confused about the legal correctness of this project.

Last year, March 2013 I went with an agreement to buy the property with initial 25% booking on the property in Bangalore near Chandapura. They said few are unreleased and within 2 months it will be in release mode but you can book, so booked it. Till now its not released and they are pressuring to go for registration as BMRDA is asking more money or meetings with them will take some more time. I had talk with the Amoda team and they are demanding another 25% amount (total of 50%) as they are in less fund to develop or they are ready to refund. I got to know that since the price have gone higher they have strategy to take back and sell at current price. When asked for refund they will be giving back the amount whatever we had given without paying any extra amount.
They are earning profit with customer amount and this is not the first time and earlier properties were also had similar issues ! not sure. Aishwarya properties V. Bhaskar Reddy and B.H Bhaskar Reddy are the same?
Simply take your money back.Whether builder makes extra profit by finding new bakras is not important from your personal point of view.
It is better to get your money back-forget about loss of interest etc.
Dealings do not seem to be in order.
