I am keen to know about properties (plots and apartments) around Bangalore international airport -
1. Near IT Hubs - heard TCS and WIpro have procured SEZ in the area
2. Near Aero city - being developed by Sun Forest group
Any suggestions from 5-6 yrs perspective. Budget around - 50L-75 L max
I am only looking for reputed builders.

My 2 Cents. Overall Speed of Development in Devenahalli is very slow. I read a blog somewhere, that it would take 10 years for the development.The ITIR park was announced, but have not ready any recent news. Infosys Announced 2 new facilities in E-City area, did not mention Sarjapura or Devanahalli. Sure Everyone would have booked land, but actual development would need a big cash injection, which the state or centre does not have. Big Builders & Conglomerates are upping their games however. Hiranandani, Brigade are developing 100 Acre + Projects. There are video's on NDTV as well highlighting Devanhalli as a good location, but with obstacles. Yelahanka Doddaballapur Road is being extended, and Airport road activity is steady. I was looking at the progress of Office space in North. Ecopolis is the only real IT/Tech Park, and RMZ being the second one. Both are still in construction phase (Happy to be corrected!, if wrong)
In this scenario, it would be wise to go for projects from reknowned and reliable builders, who have a good plan & provide value for money. Personally, I would stay away from Society layouts, HBCS etc. Its too volatile a market to lock money, unless you see the development with your own eyes & have clear titles.
