Bhiwadi, Dharuhera next best options to gurgaon

Yesterday I went to see the Paras Paradise site for a plot in Bhiwadi. It looks fine to me but not sure about the builder (not a big name like Omaxe and others). I would prefer a better location and price. Terra city has a better location. Not able to decide which one I should go for. Have been in touch with Ozone city guys as well.

Can any one suggest which is a better option?

Where is paras city in Bhiwadi? Also, how can you realize that terra city is a good location???

Please suggest honest comments on this forum...

I said Paras Paradise.... not Paras city.

Also, why I felt Terra city has better location is because it was closer to the Highway as compared to Paras Paradise

Who is this "Paras" builder? the same one who has projects in Gurgaon??

I dont think they have done any project in Gurgaon. That is Paras Buildtech.

The one I am talking about is Paras City Homes Pvt Ltd and have done projects somewhere in Jaipur.

There project Paras Paradise is near Harvest Gold Bread factory.

New small builder with no office in NCR, so it would be better to avoid or adopt wait and watch policy.

They have their office in Janakpuri. When I asked for a copy of registry doc of the land (which they bought directly from the farmers) they did not hesitate and shared it within a day.
There small compared to the rest of builders in NCR but till now I did not find anything suspicious. But you never know, there can be problems with the best reputed ones as well.
I joined this forum to get some insight and suggestions. I am a little sceptical coz they are not known in NCR and I dont have much idea about the builders in Rajasthan...so if anyone can suggest a better option, pls do so.

Not sure about the project or the dealing so thats why I mentioned investors to be careful. Land registry is surely done but what about the approvals for developing a township - do they have that?

There add on india property says the township is govt approved. I will also try to confirm this with the builder.
