I am planning to buy an apartment in Primex Verterra in Gerugmpakkam. I really like the layout what they proposed. however I am really confused over VGN Krona which is quite nearby to Primex. Primex has Stilt plus 4 floors whereas Krona is G+2. When i checked with Primex, they showed all the CMDA approval, AAOI clearance certifiacte etc. However Krona has got only DTCP approved but not CMDA and its close to airpot expansion as well.
Could you please help me which is better. I am more inclined towards Verterra than to Krona now. Please help me out.

Are you referring to verterra project in maxworth nagar or is there one in Gerugambakkam. I think these 2 places slightly distanced off and not closer to each. What's the rate they quote in verterra and how the construction is progressing?
hi, Verterra seems to be better project than Krona. Krona's fate might end up like the one of Manju foundation's 10D Downing St, which is facing the stick of the govt, but VGN might pull it out, but still why risking ur hard earned money.
hi, does anyone have the brochure of Verterra? and the sqft rate and various flat sizes etc! I think it is slightly costlier for it place. It is only my opinion. Compare Malles row houses and other apartments before u decide.
