Hi SundarNielse,

I'm also interested in this project. Do you got any info ?

I'm planning to visit their office this weekend.

I checked about this project in May 2012 and they quoted 4500 Rs/sq ft.
Any updates on this project?

How is the progress?

What is the quoted price now?

My two cents on this project.

When I inquired 6 months back, the price quoted was 4999/sq.ft.

Couple of weeks back, I checked on this and got informed that DTCP approval is not received and they are not taking any bookings.

But I see the construction is progressing though. I could see the structure is completed almost till top floor. Getting suspicious that this might be a marketing gimmick to jack up the price later.

Also I'm not sure of the impact of road widening to this project. Though I got to know they have left some space for the was too minimal in my opinion and once road widening happens I don't see any reasonable space for constructing even a compound wall.
