 Property in Bangalore - Real Estate Bangalore Discussion
This city is also known as Bengaluru and is the capital of Indian state of Karnataka. Once titled as the ‘Garden city’ of India for its scenic beauty, today, it is known as the ‘Silicon Valley of India’ for its churning out world famous IT/ITeS companies. The real estate market of this place has always been driven by independent housing options, but due to rising costs fuelled by expatriates and other internal migrants, now there has been a shift towards apartments and flats too, as they are far easier to manage for servicemen and women.
