 Property in Lucknow - Real Estate Lucknow Discussion
This city is the capital of Uttar Pradesh and is the second biggest power center of India. This is not an empty boast as the state of Uttar Pradesh has given the maximum number of Prime Ministers to India. Also known as the place of melting pot of cultures, the city is rightly famous for its culture, history, tolerance and art. Located in the Awadh region, it is also the second largest city within North India and is densely populated too. The population drives the real estate market here where traditional work opportunities are still stronger than the modern ones. So, the real estate market is driven mostly by end users, although expats too have made their presence felt. One of the reasons for the people`s appreciation for the property in Lucknow city is the number of transportation facilities available in the public domain. The talks of metro connectivity, flyovers, increasing number of buses and cab facilities along with the proposed plans for an IT city on the Sultanpur road, just 14 km away from the center of Lucknow, are among the ones that the market is looking up to in anticipation. Work on the new eight-lane access controlled green field Lucknow-Agra expressway is also seeing a new round of appreciation and therefore, it is not wrong to deduce that the property in Lucknow is bound to see some great times ahead. Already with MNCs coming here and opening their offices, the job market is bound to lure people from other parts of the states and this would in turn help a resurging real estate market as well. The key localities that are seeing a surge in builder activities are Gomti Nagar, Faizabad Road, Raebareli Road, Sitapur Road and Jankipuram.
