I would like to know the price of 2bhk 850sq ft Uppal jade sec 86?
and also updates about possession
19 lakhs and 97 thousands including following free charges
1. Club membership
2. 1 KVA power backup
3. EEC and FFC
4. Open Parking
Currently premium is only 1 to 2 lakhs
850 Sqft flat only in tower A1 and A2. Both towers are park facing and best location towers of this project
EDC : 150 Sqft --> 1 lakh 27 thousand and 500 rupees
Total cost : 199700(BSP inculding other charges) + 127500(EDC) + 200000(premium) = 23 lakh and 24 thousand and 5 hunderds
Total cost: 23,24,500
Unbelievable price for 2 BHK in NCR ( Room Size is also very good) from 31 year old reputed builder.
You will not get possession before August 2013 in tower A1 and A2. Rest of the tower may be delivered by April 2013.
Only major issue for uppal jade is master road in entry of this project. Hari nagar village houses are on 45 meter Master road. Farmer is not ready to release land on 45 meter road in front of ozone park.
Also builder is not giving basement and twin level parking. This is fraud by builder. Club size is not very good and also they have not provided any information of amenities in buyer agreement and website. Rest is looking good.
Construction Quality is far better than ERA, SRS, RPS and OMAXE. No issue of high tension line.
