I have a query regarding my small 1 BHK flat in Sargasan, Gandhinagar, that I had bought in 2016 which costed me 1238000/- that time and included everything (stamp+reg+tax+gas) in Gandhinagar. I have put it up for sale as I have moved to Delhi now. An interested buyer has agreed upon my asking price fixed at 1200000/- and would be applying for a loan. but he is insisting that I bear the extra charges or discuss it if any.

What can be these extra charges. Are these related to legal expenses, clearances etc. How much is it generally in Sargasan, Gandhinagar area?

Does buyer and seller both bear any such extra expense or the seller alone (myself) who has to bear it all? Since I had paid for the stamp duty+registration+service tax and have the original documents, do I need to pay it again? That would seem improbable to be paying again on behalf of the buyer.

Kindly help out.
