My relative has an approved residential plot of 2500 sq ft, in Vapi, Gujarat. He approached me to buy half of the plot (1250 sq ft). So I am thinking to buying it to make my dream home.

So not to face any legal conflict in future I have some following question.

1. Is it legally possible to do such deal to divide a plot in two part?

2. Can I get title clear paper independently on my name for half of land?

3. Can I get separate electricity connection and gas connection?

4. Any suggestions are most welcome.
