  • Upcoming Projects: Sahara City Homes, Ahmedabad

Hello Guys and Girls, what do you make of a new Developer like Shafal buying the 104 acres of land in Ahmedabad and delivering quality properties to us customers. Let's face it Sahara is an unethical company that has no respect for customers. A ethical company would have sent an email advising customers of the latest developments. They have failed in their duty of care to customers and should be severely punished for their lies, deceit, maladministration and lack of information. Guilty companies never send emails to their customers. How can a company run illegal practices, fool investors and pretend that they are right? They destroyed the company through lies, deceit and lack of information.

I would recommend that all customers who invested in Sahara Ahmedabad register a caution/charge on the land/apartments we purchased through the land registry. We have the allotment letters so we are the rightfully owners. They should consult with us before consulting any companies for sale of the land.

I suppose if Shafal buy the land, then we will get the project completed so that we all get our specified flats. What do you guys and girls think? I also heard that registration will be changed from 'Agricultural land' to 'Affordable Housing' which will mean increase in the value of land/properties.

If a new developer steps in then we should be given a discount for the delayed project and specified timescales for completion of the project. Everything should be transparent and customer focused. Shafal or whoever takes over will be acquiring the land at half the price so will be able to pass on benefits like discounts off our total price of apartments, free fully furnished apartments and other benefits.

Whichever Developer steps in will gain the trust and loyalty of customers and fellow Hindustanis. They will become Heros.

    1) Please register the land registry Charge/Caution
    2) Invite/promote New Developers to step in and offer benefits to existing customers who purchased years ago.

That will be good Karma for the new developer and customers. And let's forget about Sahara who have disgraced Hindustan.

Let's form a customer group for the different SCH area projects and let me have your views.

    Thank you.

Sahara City Homes in Ahmedabad has lied in all stages from launch to non construction. A good business should have got the clearances from the Authorities and then start construction. JUST LIES, EXCUSES AND MORE LIES. See this Bloomberg video for proof: Fight Back- Sahara City Homes Fails To Deliver Project - YouTube

Sahara City case: Police seek papers from investors

      Ahmedabad:

      TIMES NEWS NETWORK

The Bopal police called up the Sahara Prime City Ltd officials on Sunday to record their statements in connection with multi-crore cheating case but did not file complaint against the accused. Police have now sought documents from the investors. The group of investors has now decided to approach senior police officials for justice.
Earlier last month, a group of investors in Sahara Group’s scheme near Shela off SP Ring Road had approached the Bopal police station with a complaint against the group chief Subrata Roy Sahara along with R K Singh, the site in-charge, Ashish Singh, and office-bearers of Adi City Homes and Sahara India Corporation. At that time, police had taken the application of complaint and said that the case would be reviewed before filing an FIR. “When nothing moved, we approached the district collector’s office as the collector is also part of the special investigation team (SIT) formed for investigating land and property related frauds. After the collector’s directive, we again approached the Bopal police on Sunday.
There are 350 families that had pinned their hopes on the scheme after making all the payments,” said one of the 100-odd investors who had approached the police station on Sunday.
