    Hi, what are the possibilities of growth in west Bangalore area, especially areas near Tumkur road? Any good projects in this area from reputed builders?

    Bangalore west is well connected to all parts with NICE road, now Metro link , many builders are doing projects here, many Cat 'A" & even small builders projects are in process.

    Depend on your budget u can choose projects.

      Thanks Vishnu for the reply. I have seen the salarpuria laurel project on hessarghatta main road. Is Salarpuria rated as Cat A builder?

      I am looking for a 2BHK for giving on rent and later for self-use. We are a small family. But would prefer a project that would be delivered on time and has good amenities.

        As per my knowledge and personal experience in hesaraghatta main road,there are lot houses for rent lying vacant due to abundant supply.Many have constructed 3 floor building for rent purpose in MEI layout,Kirloskar layout etc. and have no tenants.

        When you purchase apartments for rent it depends on people who live there and if you can expect much rent.There are only garment factories and industries nearby.I don't think they can pay hefty rents.These locations are far from all IT areas like E - city, whitefield and based on my personal exp takes half a day to reach office.Hence no IT professional prefers to stay here.

        And regarding water supply tankers play a major role.

        If you want to construct own house at much lesser cost you can explore little more interior and find plots for that sake.Its not worth paying for 4 walls in these areas.

          Thanks for the response shreekn1; We are looking at projects in west and north Bangalore, both. However, in north Bangalore, the rates for any good project by an A-grade builder are very high.
          Please suggest any other good projects in west Bangalore.
