  • there is nothing in the pricing or location.. every company looks professional until the deal is done.. the real picture comes out when they start operations.. also abt pricing; most of companies give the price in same format..nothing great abt it..
    2bhk in 500sqft area means its a crammed place..

    Thanks for the info.. finishing looks good from exterior. a real picture would appear once 2-3 monsoon passes.. all the air-cracks n plumbing related problem would surface ..
    Amenities : The disclaimer from the builder is 'Amenities will be provided on a best efforts basis' God knows what would be best effort.. never heard of such terms, maybe in IIM they use it :bab (59):
    I wont matter if the guy running the show is from IIM or IIT. Nowdays, the qualifications of the directors are also a selling point.. marketing gimmicks are becoming more innovative..

    but i know what u mean, duffery. you never really know. why dont you check this site and let us know or suggest alternate sites. i am looking to be close to EC and not pay too much. need a decent road to drive/take the volvo bus.

    Yeah, Uncletommy!! :bab (6): we never know what kind of property we are buying unless we do some investigation.. keep your homework on!! If I come across any 250sqft property in EC, I would let you know.

    Did you go for the 2 bhk option? What is the all inclusive cost you incurred? Did you negotiate on the price?
    Are the papers in order legally?

    Please help as I am interested in this venture.

  • Folks - they are beginning to give possession now and the apartments are really looking good. we are v. happy we booked our apartment - a very good investment as the value has appreciated by 50% already. The project was delayed a bit and they have actually started proactively sending out cheques to customers to compensate for the delay.

    v professional + trustworthy.

  • Even I was planning to book with this developer but dropped the idea. Thought this was a reliable good developer (Jerry Rao runs the show). Many residents are complaining about construction quality/leakage problems in the flats. These complainst were put on the developer site.

    Since then due to the escalating number of complaints, developer has deleted all owner comments on his site and seems doesn't even respond to owner complaints.

    If you want google for the leakage/quality complaints regarding this project.

    My advice - stay away from this developer. Quality isn't good and all you get is a cheapo flat.

    I somehow have reservations about this post, personally i visited and have a friend happily living there, its funny developer deleted comments on VBHC web. my friends never faced any issues , could you please come with evidance , inf act i am in chennai and leaving for banglore tonite :bab (59):

    I will have to disagree with you. There are no complaints that i have heard of. The construction method they have used in fact prevents leakages, etc.

    We own one apartment there - had picked it up as an investment and are very happy with it. Like us, there are many happy owners and residents there. The quality and the whole complex is very good. I am not sure if you've seen the place recently.

    The value has appreciated well and we are confident its going to rise more.

    Can you share links to where you've seen complaints online. The team at VBHC in fact is more responsive and proactive than the other builders I've dealt with.
