    Its strange that you think you can overcome the negative publicity by putting few animated posts about a project. You should actually deliver what you promised to the residents and that is the only way you can earn a good name.

  • Happy valley? it has set one of the strange rules that this gated community will only be sold to vegetarians...No offense but GOD knows which era is this developer living.....i had a look at this gated community few months back and thought i will contact the developers to get more details...But this man was full of attitude and when he came to know that i also eat non-veg this idiot started behaving more arrogantly...

    Rate you are quoting is very high ! and it is sorrounded by many BDA layouts. Rates in and around area is 2000 -2500. Good luck!!. else if u are ready for pratical prices mail back

    Range from Rs.2425 to Rs.2500 per square foot depending on the site's location. Rates are strictly not negotiable. Please add another Rs.10/- per sq. ft. apart from the below mentioned rates & note that the below quoted rates are valid as on today.
    North / East (corner) Rs.2500 per sq ft
    South / East (corner) Rs.2475 per sq ft
    North / West (corner) Rs.2475 per sq ft
