When one is looking for investment in real estate, the broker, the seller and people around are with all plus points of the land in question. When the same person turn as seller for the same land, all minus points as if the ugliest on earth. Experience tells that investments in land usually never goes bad, but the time involved is too long. Is there any mechanism for both the seller and purchaser have a right path without any loss both for entering into a deal. Todays purchaser tomorrows seller and vice versa.
