I was talking with DLF Westend sales guy regarding an apartment there.
He said that I would get the occupancy certificate 1-2 months after the registration is done. Is this ok? Shouldnt we get the occupancy certificate before the registration?
I had also talked with a Purva guy and he said I would get occupancy certificate before registration.
Does anybody have any idea why DLF is doing this?
