  • The best place as an appreciation candidate in the coming days and time will be Bangalore north. Not just projects but the sheer infrastructure changes in the area are mind boggling. Not to mention the SEZs, housing being launched along the whole NH7 stretch. North Bangalore will be representative of the New Bangalore in the days to come.
  • North bangalore is not doubt a good area which will witness appreciation. Specially 18km stretch between Devanahalli & Doddabalapur is the prime candidate. But the kind of place it is as of now it'll take more than 5 years or may be more to develop. While East bangalore is a place where lot of things are in place(like IT companies, pharma companies, industries) which give this area an edge over north bangalore if time frame of 2-3 years is considered. This east part is bound to appreciate in 2/3 years if time.
  • In-case somebody is specifically looking for investment only for getting rentals then this area may not give rentals on immediate basis. One has to wait for atleast 2 years from now.

    North Bangalore has high potential for growth after the completion of Eelevated express highway to BIA and High Speed Rail Link. Also when the BIA 1st runway expansion completed more air traffic is expected thus more passangers and more traffic. Now the prices in North Bangalore are reasonable but within few years there would be a different face. Those who looking for investment, it is right time to look into.
  • What about Confident Auriga? Does that project also fall under this area? I am unable to figure out the exact location of this project. The price of this project is also much much less than say Signature Dreams or Tulips. Any idea why that is the case?
  • Coming from KR Puram you need to cross Hoskote.... be on NH4.... Confident Auriga is near to Volvo factory which is 16kms from Hoskote. This is a complete remote area and far from livability for the time being. Compared to Signature(Tulip/Dreams) plot projects, Auriga is way outside city limits.... Signature projects is surrounded by 5 other big projects. Also this area is very near to BIA/railways/schools/malls/hospitals/IT parks... thus the price difference.
