    Below 2 questions I have

    1) I require advice whether we can buy 15 year old apartment for 36 lakhs?

    2) What is normal Life of apartment constructed by average builder, since already 15 years gone?

    3) Also what options available for buyer after Age of apartment completes like 40 years?
