  • Row house - does boundary of associated garden area should be defined by the builder

    Does the garden area which is provided along with the row house should have a definitive dimensions? My builder has just provided the area in sq ft whereas not mentioned the length and breadth of the garden space. There are two gardens, one at the back and other at the side but it's only mentioned that 250sft of garden area along with the row house. Is undefined boundary of garden acceptable?

    Can u name the Builder & the Project? An thread may already exist on the Project and there could be other members facing similar issues. If an thread on the Project exists already, this thread would then be required to get merged with the original existing thread.

      At what rate you buying that 250 sq.ft of garden? and it is being mentioned in the sale deed? At least the garden area has to be mentioned in the layout diagram also in the master diagram for the layout.

      moderater this is not specific to the builder. It is the common question. This issue will come in many layouts /projects.
