    The major highlights of Opera Canopus are completely fake. There are serious deviations which will affects the occupants in terms of safety and security.

    The open space doesn’t belong to apartments.

    Safety & Security 1/5
    Even though gate and security is kept from our side, as a resident we feel unsafe irrespective of the floor we stay. There are no proper compound walls.

    Build Quality 1/5
    Cracks of varying lengths (1 feet to 1.5 mtrs) on walls, Water seepage on external walls are very common in the flats.Most of the works (plumbing, electrical, plastering) were done by unskilled workers

    Layout- 1/5
    There is a 10 feet private road which is included in the project plan and never been highlighted. The private road is being shared by landowners and their relatives and even with their tenants.

    Amenities- 1/5
    Children’s Play Area- It is very small. Half of the play area belongs to landowners relative.
    Car parking lots are not properly planned.

    Maintenance- 1/5
    Maintenance charge will really increase in future because of the poor build quality and cheap materials.

    Area and community- 1/5
    It is not a proper gated community project as there is a 10 feet’s shared path way Infront of the apartment So it doesn’t give healthy and peaceful living.
    Therefore, we would give only 1 rating for this apartment.
