My sources in the Industry have revealed the following info to me:

Sobha Developers in association with Davanam Constructions Pvt Ltd is planning to put up a 12 screen multiplex complex on CTS/Site No/Survey No. 19/2 Gopalapura, Mysore Deviation Road, Bangalore-23 in Ward No. 25 in Ramachandrapura Ward on Property PID No. 25-69-19/2 which is the Minerva Mills Property in Bangalore North Taluk, Blore-23, Bangalore Urban District on 41,800.90 sq.mtrs or 4,49,945 sq.ft. of land area - on the land belonging to D.K. Shivakumar.

This is an area which is close to Vatal Nagaraj Road - road leading to Rajajinagar from Bangalore City Railway Station is called V.N. Road. Mysore Deviation Road can be accessed through this road.

This news should help property researchers, buyers, investors plan their move 3-4 years in advance to park their money in projects coming up near erstwhile Minerva Mills and that are now in pre-launch or launch stage to see good appreciation as the apartment project progresses.

  • Nash, it has Hotel and Office Tower too along with Mall + Residential. It is a Mixed Use Project license they have applied for and 50% of all approvals are in their hands including PE Funding and VC Funding.

    ETA star Phse-2 will come up project is termed Jade Garden It also has Mall part of the project

    Sobha Apartments will be starting from 8000 INR for Minverva Mills Project
