Whats the future of sarjapura road ?

Lot of costly branded apartments from Salarpuria, Mantri, confident, Saran, DSR, Mana within 1 KM stretch But No Water and heavy traffic jams in the peak hours at Wipro, Hosa road, railway gate junctions, is it worth investing here ?

  • Last decade we saw real estate growth driven by Electronic City & Whitefield.
    Now Sarjapur is also being lined up with big SEZs by Infy & Wipro.

    Story will repeat alongside all axial roads from Bangalore so no respite from traffic woes.
    Cauvery water is anyways different case study for Bangalore.

    Yes, on one side Hosa Road & Harlur Road are already overloaded with so many projects, so on the other side Karmelaram & Gunjur are also heating up.

    Hope all these big builders preserve some greenery around.
  • Wow, finally a thread which fits my requirement. Was just about to post a requirement for advice on properties in ORR, Off Sarjapura road etc.
    If any of you guys know about decent projects like 2/ 2.5BHK in the above areas, which are RTM or else possession within a year, please let me know. I would be interested in it.
