Many thanks in advance for helping out a new member on this forum as well as bangalore. For work reasons we are relocating to bangalore after a long stint abroad and are looking at buying a property in east bangalore.

My wife and me work for the same organization and would be working out the office at whitefield. Our basic requirements are
1. Location : East Bangalore including but not limited to Whitefield, Brookefield, old madras road, marathalli, kundalahalli, budigere, sarjapur road etc.
2. Type : Independent House / Apartment / Villa / Row House
3. Size : Built up area > 1600 Sq Ft
4. No. Of rooms >= 3
5. Budget: Upto 90 lakhs
6. Amenities: Major importance to us is space (inside/outside) for our 2 year old son.
7. Availability : ready to move in or maximum 6 months if under construction

Kindly suggest a few good options for the same.

    It may be difficult to find a RTM / in next 6 months from a good developer and or a good choice of flat. One more option you may like to consider is to enter earlier and choose a good flat of your choice with a good developer and move into the flat over next 2 years. In this way you will be able to open up many good options and make a good investment too. Normally you can expect to enter a development at 40 - 60% of RTM value with added advantage of making a good choice of flat and also the flexibility of making any suitable changes at the time of development!
