We brought an apartment in Munnekolal, Marathahalli in Bangalore about 2years before in 2010 from Keerthana Developers (Reg: 2555/2006-07), No 132, Munekolal, Varthur Hobli, Bangalore East.
Mr. Kannaiya Naidu is the owner of Keerthana Developers.

According to the agreement, we are supposed to get a Car Parking for which we paid 1.50 lakhs while booking the apartment.

In the parking area he has built up shops which have occupied more space than it was planned. Because of which we are unable to get car parking. There are overall 60 houses, out of which 54 members have already got the parking and rest 6 members have not got the parking.

We have occupied our flats from last one and half years but without a car parking. We are not able to buy a car because of this and without the car parking we are unable to let it out for rent or sell it, as car parking is a basic criteria for any customer. When we schedule, for a meeting with the builder he agrees to meet over phone, but on the meeting day, he does not turn up. We repeatedly requested him for solving the car parking issue and every time he assures us a weeks time for fixing this issue. From last one year we are following him up continuously and no result.

As per his initial commitment, our parking should be looked into instead of renting out the available space for shops. He has built up such many buildings and everywhere he has such problems. I earnestly request all the people whoever reads this to not to go for keerthana builders, if you really want to safeguard your hard earned money.
