One builder saw your post and post one more fake promo immediately. bbmcorp - you can add him to the list.
Also seems like Prestige is also started doing this for some project. Cleverly disguised as customers.
Btw- the builders are not paying any bloggers for this. This is done by their staff from their own offices. Builders dont pay anyone. Why do you think projects are delayed by 2 years? And staff dont have work nowadays since there are no "walk in" customers and "investors". So they make up fake ids and post fake promos.CommentQuote0Flag

Off late you can see a lot of paid bloggers hired by real estate builders, including on this forum.
Some of them explicitly market their property. Others try to pose as innocent buyers looking for property to evoke interest from other users.
Even on review sites like mouthshut you can see these bloggers trying to cover up . Often you see more than 1 blogger , the 2nd blogger will support the 1st blogger's claim and will try to trash any one who raise any suscpicion
I feel we should avoid such builders who resort to such cheap marketing gimmicks..
Off late I have seen on this forum 2 builders doing this. Thankfully moderators have been deleting their posts diligently
1) GK builders
2) Asset builders
Pls add any other to this list.CommentQuote0Flag

- It is just another form of prommotion
Read this post about paid/planted posts. But this is bound to happen. With advertising and promotions moving big time to online platforms, blogs and forums are the target of all industries for promotions. It will only increase in future as there are professional agencies which do this for their clients. With Twitter, FB anf Youtube reaching saturation levels with ads, blogs and forums are the natural progression. So if you look at it in another way, there is nothing fake about the posts (unless they give wrong or misleading info), its just like paid ads on Google I guess. :)
However, thankfully it is still very less on forums compared to the bigger and more famous platforms I mentioned.
At the end of the day, all these platforms give you a basic heads up about the property. For more information, you ultimately have to do some on-ground homework. Real estate in India is still not at a stage where you can rely on online info and take a decision.CommentQuote0Flag
