  • My feeling is that it will be totally residential in coming years. As you may be aware, currently the area before railway crossing has developed quite a lot and area after railway crossing is developing. Local builders are quoting price of 3300 to 3500 sqft. I see that only 3 big projects are coming in that area in 6 -12 months time, one is Living Walls, Miribilis by Kolte-Patil and yet to be named project by Unishire

    Thanks for you reply ... what do you think about TC palya ... which among these two would be a better option for investment ?
  • I feel Hormavu is any day better than TC palya. But note that it is very important to check which area of Hormavu you will be investing, that too matters.
