    Dear experts, I bought a flat that is under construction. The property has now well appreciated. It will be ready for handover in 6 - 9 months. My question is when is it right time to sell? If I sell right before registration & stamp duty then my profits will be more as I save on regn & stamp duty, isn't it? Also my return on investment % will be more as my cost is less due to savings in regn & stamp duty. Am I right? I know there will be 2-3% of transfer fees to be paid to builder if sold before raking possession.

    But if you will sal eafter psssioooooon
    you will have to share registry charges.
    Maintenance charges also
    That time many investors will like to sale and then.........
    My view -- Whenever get good rate ---just get rid-off.
