I have bought a property for 43L and am trying to sell it for 57L.

I took only 30L loan earlier and if new buyer can pay only 11L i.e 10% and 46L loan....will bank give the cheque to me ?

I havent registered the property yet only agreement will change.

and do i need to close the loan or transfer the loan ? what are other best options ?

    do you mind giving bit more information ?

    Which bank is your loan from - did you check with bank if they will allow loan transfer ? what was the reply ?

    Is the bank having any pre-closure penalty ?

    Also, will the builder/developer allow a transfer ?
