Any feedback about the builder? I am seeing a lot of complaints about their previous project Pebble Creek. It would be helpful if someone could share their experiences with this builder. Thank you.

Extremely unreliable builder - dangerous to invest

Roma builder does not have the competence or credibility to execute such a project. just see their pebble creek project. 5 years and work still not completed. people have suffered huge losses in waiting for the completion while paying emi on loans and rent at the same time to live elsewhere. some desperate ones have moved in. no lift, construction work still going on. extreme poor quality work. no one from the builder at the site to monitor. Builder has disappeared. he does not answer phones, does not attend any meetings...

so its up to you all to take the risk or find someone reputable

Re : Roma Epicurean, Roma Builders, Whitefield, Bangalore

Firstly, I would like to take this as an instance to point out how people only post when they have a negative experience but barely ever take the time to write about any positive experiences. Pebble Creek is not the only project by Roma Builders. Roma Builders has successfully completed and offered on-time possession of four other projects (Roma Crosswinds, Roma Pebble Brook, Raycon Orchard and Raycon Lotus) in the Whitefield area alone in the last 10 years, to which any of the residents of these facilities will gladly vouch for. That being said, we don't mean to belittle or downplay the the discomfort an unfortunate delay in our last project, Pebble Creek, has caused our customers. All necessary measures have been taken to ensure delivery of the promised product; lifts are in place and working, property has appreciated almost 45% since initial customer investment and our manager is present on site during working hours everyday to tend to any final issues our customers might have and we now, infact urge our new customers to visit the premises to aid in their decision making. On the other hand, the claim that this very same poster with a fake name has been making on multiple sites about the builder disappearing is absolutely baseless and appalling, as many members of the Pebble Creek association have very cordial relationships with him and occasionally drop in at the new site to have a friendly chat with him on their way to work. It's no secret that delays in possession are common in this field but the important thing is that we have accepted and learned from our mistakes to ensure none of the same are repeated in the future. Our entire team has been revamped to ensure the absolute success of our benchmark project, Roma Epicurean, highly qualified engineers with more than 25 years of experience have been brought in, external quality control teams are being used at every stage of construction and new Project Management experts have joined the leadership to adhere to strict project deadlines and delivery standards. We offer our most sincere apology to any of our Pebble Creek customers troubled by our mistakes and invite all the rest of you to witness our dedicated efforts to make Epicurean the success we know it will be !

Re : Roma Epicurean, Roma Builders, Whitefield, Bangalore

Worst Builder . Please dont invest . We pebble Creekers are suffering daily .

Cheaters and worst builder to get invested . The project is supposed to get over by March 2013 and it is still pending . Builder vanished and he doesnt respond to nay of our issues . With no choice and as we coud pay EMI and rent to the flat quite some of us moved in with no choice and realised how worst the quality of construction is . Electricity and plumbing all in all screwed and we are staying in such a unsafe place with no choice . Builder knows all these issues and he never responds to call, messages, emails and doesnt attend . No one from builder side is there to help any of our issues . Please dont invest anymoney in any further projects from this builder . Kind Advice please visit Pebble Creek aparment and speak to the owners who is staying .We can explain to the pain we are undergoing every day .

What is the status of the project? How many slabs have been done, what is expected date of completion and the price?

Currently its in initial stage. They are planning to complete the project within 1 yr. Locality is too good. Good for investment. About the price, it depends upon you and builder. But good place for investment and can expect good return
