Hi team,

Planning to buy a 10 years old G+3 building (30x40) in Ambalipur Village, Bellandur. Practically this building is 600 meters away from outer ring road, behind Sarjapur road Big Bazaar. Below are some details. Walkable distance from RMZ Ecospace!

- Its Gramathana building with BDA NOC + Tax paid to BBMP (with PID Number)
- No DC Conversation, but Panchayat approved 12 years ago.
- No BWSSB water, No bore well water (using tanker water), No drainage from BBMP yet
- quoating 1,00,00,000 (1 Crore)
- Earning 45,000 rent currently

Is it worth buying? Will it get a A Khata in coming Akrama Sakrama scheme?
What would be ideal cost of this property according to you?

Please share your inputs.

You should get advice from a attorney to verify the documents (sale deed, khatha, encumbrance, GPAs etc) and take up next steps. It's worth spending few hundred/thousand before putting in your one crore.

    Good Luck.
