  • Hi, One ground (2400 sft) --approved patta land-- in Banu Nagar is around 35-37 lacs. Pls value the building on your own. Also check documents thoroughly in this area bf4 u invest.

  • Hi, Banu Nagar -- per the info I have -- had issues of double documentation, unapproved layouts etc..In Ambattur, thiruvengada nagar, krishnapuram, Ram Nagar, Priithivpakam, Vijaylakshmi nagar, Vinayagapuram etc has lesser such issues compared to Banu Nagar.
    I'd suggest to verify docs before buying in Banu Nagar/ Oragadam /Venkateswara Nagar areas of Ambatur
