Hello People,
I am planning to buy an apartment in Primex Verterra in Gerugmpakkam. I really like the layout what they proposed. however I am really confused over VGN Krona which is quite nearby to Primex. Primex has Stilt plus 4 floors whereas Krona is G+2. When i checked with Primex, they showed all the CMDA approval, AAOI clearance certifiacte etc. However Krona has got only DTCP approved but not CMDA and its close to airpot expansion as well.

Could you please help me which is better. I am more inclined towards Verterra than to Krona now. Please help me out.

Also please help me with your reviews on Primex Verterra.

  • Are you referring to verterra project in maxworth nagar or is there one in Gerugambakkam. I think these 2 places slightly distanced off and not closer to each. What's the rate they quote in verterra and how the construction is progressing?

  • Yes. you are right. am referring to the one in max worth nagar. the rate is 3900 they say..and foundation is being erected now..

  • I'm also interested in the same project...does the area have water logging problems?

  • Prefer Verterra

hi, Verterra seems to be better project than Krona. Krona's fate might end up like the one of Manju foundation's 10D Downing St, which is facing the stick of the govt, but VGN might pull it out, but still why risking ur hard earned money.

  • When i spoke with them, they have told me that Verterra will not be in airport expn area. The marketing person had showed me copies of CMDA / Panchayat and Airports Authority Approval.

  • brochure

hi, does anyone have the brochure of Verterra? and the sqft rate and various flat sizes etc! I think it is slightly costlier for it place. It is only my opinion. Compare Malles row houses and other apartments before u decide.

  • Primex vetera offers three bedroom flat with Rs.3750 per square feet like it will cost 20 to 40 lakh to buy a flat. It is located in a good bus and road facility area and will do better to buy it

  • John - Have you booked it there?

  • will be booking it shortly...what about you?

  • Approval from DTCP or AAI etc do not mean that the lands will not be taken by govt in future.

EVP estates' all approved lands were taken by the airport last year

  • john: yes me too...
lovebirds: yes you are right but i think, that since the site falls on the other side of Kolapakkam-Kundrathur main road near max worth nagar, i guess and hope it will not be taken by the government in the future..
